A/C Installer

Air & Energy is hiring a Residential A/C Installer for replacement work — no new construction. We’re still family-owned, and many of our team members have been with us 5, 10, even 25+ years. As the largest Trane dealer in Manatee County, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians and receive ongoing training.

A/C Service Technician

We’re seeking an experienced Residential A/C Service Technician to handle repairs and routine maintenance. As the largest Trane dealer in Manatee County and a recognized Top Dealer in Southwest Florida, we offer a strong team environment and regular in-house training.

Service Plumber

Air & Energy is hiring an experienced plumber for our residential service division. This role focuses primarily on service and small repairs, with occasional remodel work. Experience with tankless systems, water filtration, sewer cameras, and cross-training in HVAC or electrical is a plus.

Electrician

Our electrical department is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced residential and light commercial service electrician. This position focuses primarily on service work and Kohler standby generator installations, with occasional remodel projects.
